A characterful property requiring alteration and extending to cater to the clients current needs and plans for the future. The ground floor is altered to create an open plan Kitchen / Dining / Family space linked to the existing Living room with a new Utility zone and other alterations. The first floor too is altered with a new bedroom suite (angled to view the expanse of garden) over the proposed kitchen. The new addition to the front elevation is designed to mirror the existing with an oriel window mimicking the existing bay. At the rear the design is contemporary with a glazed feature dining room protruding into the rear garden.
