An existing detached family home, it required alteration to its ground floor to better suit the requirements of its owners. The existing garage was remodelled to create a separate bedroom suite facing the frontage and accessed via a new spine corridor connected to the existing hallway. Off this corridor was also access to the new open plan Family Living / Dining and Kitchen which opens out into the rear garden. Access also lead to a new Study.
